🚚 Delivery Times & Processing

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 6–7 working days from the date of purchase.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7–8 working days, depending on location.

Couriers: We use established UK courier services to ensure reliable delivery.


📦 Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders over £30 within UK Mainland
  • Orders below £30 may incur a delivery charge (if applicable at checkout)

Delivery Exclusions:
We do not deliver to the following postcode areas:
BT, IM, TR, JE, GY, IV, HS, KA, KW, PO, PH, ZE, AB

For offshore or excluded postcodes, an additional £70 surcharge applies if delivery is arranged.


⚠️ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours, a 30% restocking and processing fee applies

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.


📍 Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery is limited to UK Mainland
  • Remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands) may experience longer delivery times
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

❗ Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess and offer a replacement, refund, or resolution.
